Used in Peru for carving decorative bowls, 'Corsica Flat' produces attractive, round-flattened gourds 3-1/2 to 5" deep and 6 to 12" in diameter.

Gourds are pleasingly proportioned and decorative in themselves, especially when dried with an attached curvilinear stem.
