Beautiful light orange Imperator type.

8½ in/22 cm roots have pale orange interiors with small yellow core.

 Sherbet has excellent adaptability and exceptionally high disease resistant foliage.

Roots are uniform and very smooth, texture is firm, flavor is mild and sweet.

This color is an excellent accent to crème/yellow and traditional orange and is a very nice transition color when used with multiple colors in a bunch
